South Shore Property MKE, LLC. is a women owned partnership who are passionate about providing great places to live in the Milwaukee area.
We own the property at 1802 E. Howard Ave and manage many other properties in the area. We are focused in the neighborhood of Bay View but are expanding our scope to include Shorewood, Cudahy and the East Tosa area. Keep a look out for more properties available soon.

Owner/Partner + Property Manager
Bernice Varady is an owner/partner of South Shore Property MKE, LLC. She shares property management responsibilities with Heather Varady-Foth and additionally, with her husband Ray Varady, owns a few of the properties in our portfolio. She has recently moved to the Milwaukee area, from St. Louis. She has given up a full time career in accounting to devote her full attention to managing our properties. She resides in the area with her husband Ray Varady.

Heather Varady-Foth is an owner/partner of South Shore Property MKE, LLC. She shares property management responsibilities with Bernice Varady and additionally individually owns a few of the properties in our portfolio. Originally from St. Louis Heather moved to Milwaukee in 2011 when a new career opportunity came her way. She has called Milwaukee home since then and has settled in Wauwatosa with her husband. She is also a licensed Realtor and additionally owns All Aglow; A Self Care & Wellness Collective which is coming soon to 1800 E. Howard Ave.
