Exterior: Before and After
The exterior of the house was actually in really good shape when I purchased the house, it was just a little dated. There were just a few things that we needed to do but they added a ton of curb appeal.
First, we had to replace some broken siding. This was a CHORE to avoid breaking adjoining pieces of siding. But with a lot of finesse, mom and I were able to get the old broken shingles off and the new shingles in place without too much of a struggle (shout out to dad who cut the new shingles to size).
Then we needed a new paint job to add some modern attitude to this classic bungalow. We agonized over paint colors, doing mass amounts of research, but landed in an amazing place, in my opinion!

We even realized we had a raccoon friend living in our soffit... we had to call a wildlife rescue to come take her away and make sure there were no babies! It all worked out and she is living in the country now.
