Living and Dining Rooms: Before and After

The old living room and dining room were really nice rooms! They have so much character that all I had to do was work to make that character come to life!

I painted the ceilings and walls a contrasting color to really pop the architectural coved ceilings!

There were just a couple panes of broken glass in the built in I had fixed

Next I added some nice clean light fixtures to replace the ceiling fan.

Finally, the woodwork got polished so it all shines!

The living room didn't even have a light fixture! So we added one! (PS there was snow on the ground back then!)

The new fresher paint really brightens the space!

The original built in looks so stunning!

I just love how those coved ceilings pop!
